| Description | 1-methyl-D-tryptophan (D-1MT) is a potent and selective indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitor with IC50 ~7 μM. It disrupts tryptophan catabolism and enhances the antitumor and antiviral immunoresponses of CD8+ T-cells in vitro. It can reduce tumor volume in mice with xenografts overexpressing IDO. |
