DOMESTIC ORDERS
Purchase Orders can be submitted to our quick online order system (see Online Ordering for more information), by fax or email. When ordering by fax or email, please provide Bioss with the following information:

  • Name of institution or company
  • Shipping address
  • Billing address
  • Catalog number and product name
  • Quantity and size
  • Name and phone number of purchasing agent and/or end user
  • Name and phone number of the end user
  • Purchase order number
  • Requests: would you like to take advantage of our current promotions? Request no preservatives, or be involved in the Bioss Discovery Program.

TIME
All US orders are shipped from our international headquarters in Massachusetts, United States. In stock orders are shipped within 2 business days Standard Overnight. We do not ship domestic orders on Fridays. Please know that we reserve the right to select the best packaging and shipping method in order to insure proper stability of the product and allow efficient order tracking.

For standard orders to US residents, we provide two shipping options:
FedEx Priority Overnight
FedEx Standard Overnight

SHIPPING  COST
Shipping charges vary by state and are added directly to your invoice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Bioss products are stable when shipped on ice. Please store our products under the conditions indicated on the product datasheet upon arrival.
