K562 Cell lysates probed with presenilin 1 Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-0024R) at 1:300 overnight at 4\u00b0C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:10000 for 60 minutes at 37\u00b0C.
