Lane 1: Human Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: Human Jurkat cell lysates; Lane 3: Mouse NIH\/3T3 cell lysates probed with PPARA Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51405M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation.
