Sample Tissue\/Cells lysates probed with PPARA (7G5) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51405M) at 1:500 overnight at 4\u00b0C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37\u00b0C.
Flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells using bsm-51405M PPARA (7G5) Antibody (green) compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG1 (blue). bsm-51405M was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor\u00ae 488 goat anti-mouse lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
Lane 1: Human Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: Human Jurkat cell lysates; Lane 3: Mouse NIH\/3T3 cell lysates probed with PPARA Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51405M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
