Description	CAY10603 is a potent and selective HDAC6 inhibitor with IC50 of 2 pM. It has 271 nM, 252 nM, 0.42 nM, 6851 nM, and 90.7 nM for HDAC1, 2, 3, 8, and 10, respectively. CAY10603 has potent antiproliferative activity against pancreatic cancer cell lines with IC50 of <1 μM. It could be useful chemical probe to study HDAC biology.
