| Product Information | UH15-38 is a potent (IC50 = 20 nM) inhibitor of RIPK3 with excellent cellular activity. It blocked TNF-induced necroptosis in primary mouse embryonic fibroblasts (IC50 = 98 nM). UH15-38 selectively blocked influenza A-induced necroptosis over apoptosis in mouse alveolar epithelial cells, mouse embryonic fibroblasts, and human M29 cells at nanomolar levels. It attenuated influenza A-induced lung injury and lethality in vivo. |
