$HeLa cells were stained with beta 1 Tubulin (5F7) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bsm-33041M) at 1:50 in PBS and incubated for two hours at 37\u00b0C followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) FITC conjugated secondary antibody. DAPI staining of the nucleus was done and then detected.$
