$RAW 264.7 (M) cells were treated with or without TNF-a (50 ng\/mL) and BFA (300 ng\/ml) for 24 h, HeLa (H) cells were treated with or without IFNa (20 ng\/mL) for 5 min, 25 \u03bcg total protein per lane of cell lysates (see on figure) probed with phospho-IKB alpha monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-52169R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4\u00b0C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.$

Background	Inhibits the activity of dimeric NF-kappa-B/REL complexes by trapping REL dimers in the cytoplasm through masking of their nuclear localization signals.
