MMP12 Recombinant Antibody

Flow cytometric analysis of A549 cells with MMP12 (1A4) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52292R) at a 1:50 dilution (red) compared with an unlabeled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; blue).

$Flow cytometric analysis of MMP12 was done on A549 cells. The cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with the primary antibody (bsm-52292R, 1\/50) (blue). After incubation of the primary antibody at room temperature for an hour, the cells were stained with a Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody at 1\/1000 dilution for 30 minutes.Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; red).$
