$Ramos (H) cells were treated with or without Staurosporine (1\u03bcM) for 1h, Hela (H) cells were treated with or without Calyculin A (50nM) for 30 min, 25 \u03bcg total protein per lane of cell lysates (see on figure) probed with Phospho-STK4\/3 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62840R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4\u00b0C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.$

Background	Component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle.
