$MCF-7 cells were stained with ENT2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-10550R) at 1:500 in PBS and incubated for two hours at 37\u00b0C followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cy3 conjugated secondary antibody. DAPI staining of the nucleus was done and then detected.$

Lane 1:Mouse Cerebrum lysates; Lane 2: Mouse muscle lysates; Lane 3: Mouse Liver lysates probed with ENT2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10550R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
