IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody

Image was kindly submitted by Dr.Rachel Reith, NIH. Paraffin-embedded mouse brain stained with Rabbit Anti-IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody,1:100 overnight at 4C.\n

Raw264.7 lysates probed with IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0812R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human Cervical Carcinoma; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (0.01M, pH 6.0) for 15min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1459R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C. Followed by incubation with the secondary antibody, DAB and counterstaining.

Followed by incubation with a secondary antibody, DAB and counterstaining.

Lane 1: Normal Mouse Raw264.7 cell lysates; Lane 2: Raw264.7 treated with 100ng/ml lipopolysaccharide (LPS) for 6h, then with 300ng/ml Brefeldin A added after 3 hours probed with IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0812R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
