$U-2OS cells were stained with VPS13D Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-12766R) at 1:100 in PBS and incubated for two hours at 37\u00b0C followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) FITC conjugated secondary antibody. DAPI staining of the nucleus was done and then detected.$

U-2OS cells were stained with VPS13D Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-12766R) at 1:100 in PBS and incubated for two hours at 37\u00b0C followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) FITC conjugated secondary antibody. DAPI staining of the nucleus was done and then detected.

Background	This gene encodes a protein belonging to the vacuolar-protein-sorting-13 gene family. While several transcript variants may exist for this gene, the full-length natures of only two have been described to date.
