Lane 1: Raji cell lysates; Lane 2: U937 cell lysates probed with CD162 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2301R) at 1:500 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
