Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded human laryngeal cancer labeled with Anti-MCSF ReceptorPolyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-2755R) at 1:200 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining

$Raw264.7 cells were incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with CD115\/MCSF Receptor Polyclonal Antibody(bs-2755R)at 1:100 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2%BSA in PBS, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green), and isotype control (orange).$

Background	The protein encoded by this gene is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 1, a cytokine which controls the production, differentiation, and function of macrophages. This receptor mediates most if not all of the biological effects of this cytokine. Ligand binding activates the receptor kinase through a process of oligomerization and transphosphorylation. The encoded protein is a tyrosine kinase transmembrane receptor and member of the CSF1/PDGF receptor family of tyrosine-protein kinases. Mutations in this gene have been associated with a predisposition to myeloid malignancy. The first intron of this gene contains a transcriptionally inactive ribosomal protein L7 processed pseudogene oriented in the opposite direction.
