U251 cells probed with PPAR Gamma Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-4590R) for 30 minutes followed by incubation with a conjugated secondary (FITC Conjugated) (green) for 30 minutes compared to control cells (blue), secondary only (light blue) and isotype control (orange).

Mouse Placenta lysates probed with PPAR Gamma Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-4590R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:10000 for 60 min at 37˚C.

Background	Nuclear receptor that binds peroxisome proliferators such as hypolipidemic drugs and fatty acids. ARF6 acts as a key regulator of the tissue-specific adipocyte P2 (aP2) enhancer. Acts as a critical regulator of gut homeostasis by suppressing NF-kappa-B-mediated proinflammatory responses.
