IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody

Lane 1: Mouse Raw264.7 Cells (30ug); Lane 2: Mouse Liver (40ug); Probed with IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-6319R) at 1:500 overnight at 4\u00b0C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37\u00b0C.

Lane 1: Raw264.7 cell lysates probed with IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-6319R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4\u02daC overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37\u02daC.

THP-1 cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10min at room temperature,permeabilized with 0.1%PBST for 20 min at room temperature, and incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody(bs-6319R)at 1:50 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2%BSA in PBS, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green), and isotype control (orange).

Lane 1: Recombinant mouse IL-1b protein, C-His probed with IL-1 Beta Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-6319R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4\u00b0C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37\u02daC.

RAW264.7 (M) cells were treated with or without LPS (100ng\/ml) for 6 h, then with Brefeldin A (300ng\/ml) added after 3 h, 25 \u03bcg total protein per lane of cell lysates (see on figure) probed with IL-1 Beta polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (bs-6319R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4\u00b0C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
