Clinically useful drug for treatment of osteoporosis2, hypercalcemia of malignancy(HCM), multiple myeloma and bone metastases from solid tumors3. It has also been investigated as an antitumor agent and showing efficacy as an adjuvant therapy in several cancers.4,5 |
