Peroxiredoxin 1 Recombinant Antibody

$HepG2 cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% normal goat serum in PBS, and stained with Peroxiredoxin 1 (7A1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52127R) at 1:200 in blocking solution. Slides were incubated overnight at 4\u00b0C followed by FITC conjugated secondary antibody inclubation and DAPI staining of the nucleus.$
