$THP-1 (H) cells were treated with or without TPA (80nM) for 24h,then treated with (100ng\/ml) lipopolysaccharide (LPS) for 6h, then with (300ng\/ml) Brefeldin A added after 3h,25 \u03bcg total protein per lane of cell lysates (see on figure) probed with IL-1 beta monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-52727R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4\u00b0C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.$
