$Lane 1: Human THP-1 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human THP-1 treated with 80nM TPA for 24h, then treated with 100ng\/ml lipopolysaccharide (LPS) for 6h, then with 300ng\/ml Brefeldin A added after 3 hours probed with IL-1 beta Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-52727R) at 1:5000 dilution and 4\u00b0C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.$

Lane 1: Human THP-1 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human THP-1 treated with 80nM TPA for 24h, then treated with 100ng\/ml lipopolysaccharide (LPS) for 6h, then with 300ng\/ml Brefeldin A added after 3 hours probed with IL-1 beta Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-52727R) at 1:5000 dilution and 4\u00b0C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
